Vibhooti is a skeptic and a trickster who sees ghost-hunting as a way to earn money, whereas Chiraunji is a believer who follows the spiritual texts left behind by their father, the legendary exorcist Ullat Baba.
When the brothers arrive to help the two sisters with a supposed haunting, they unexpectedly encounter real supernatural forces. This marks the beginning of the film’s actual horror-thrill twist as the fake ghost-hunters face genuine spirits.
The movie was originally planned for a theatrical release but was instead premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on September 10, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
