Yet, she feels that creativity is being sidelined in today’s Bollywood. She lamented that the industry is suffering because of this shift, with one box office failure after another.
She pointed out that there is now a lack of good storytelling, strong performances, and solid direction in films—elements that once defined Bollywood. “Artists like us can no longer work in such an atmosphere,” she concluded.
