In a recent interview with Hindi Rush, The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri criticized the working style of the film industry. He expressed his views on Bollywood stars and the entire ecosystem built around them. During the interview, he also made a strong statement about how no one in the industry dares to boycott Ranbir Kapoor.

Vivek Agnihotri, best known for The Kashmir Files, spoke openly about the functioning of the film industry and its inner politics in his conversation with Hindi Rush. He commented that no one in the film fraternity has the courage to criticize Ranbir Kapoor. “If anyone has the guts, let them try and do it,” he challenged. He further added that there’s no producer or director in Bollywood who would dare to publicly speak against a big star like Ranbir Kapoor.

Agnihotri claimed that some actors and directors do speak negatively about such stars behind their backs, but no one has the courage to say anything publicly. “No one dares to speak out in public, and that’s why these stars end up getting ₹150 crore for their substandard acting,” he said.
