Veteran actor Paresh Rawal recently shared some insights about the upcoming film Drishyam 3 in an interview. He revealed that he was offered a role in the film, but he chose not to accept it.

Paresh Rawal stated: “Yes, I was offered a role in Drishyam 3. But I felt that the role wasn’t suitable for me. I didn’t really enjoy it. However, the script is excellent, and I was very impressed.
Even in a strong script, you need a role that’s fun to perform and excites you. Otherwise, it’s not enjoyable to work. That’s why I decided to reject the film.”

Current Work on ‘Drishyam 3’
Drishyam 3 is an upcoming franchise film, with work underway in both Malayalam and Hindi. The Hindi filmmakers have already announced the release date. The Hindi version is scheduled for 2 October 2026. Malayalam filmmaker Jithu Joseph is also working on the project.
About the ‘Drishyam’ Franchise
Drishyam is a suspense thriller film series. Following the success of the first part, the second installment was made, and after the success of the sequel, the series was turned into a franchise.
