After the huge success of Chhava in Hindi, the makers have decided to release the film in its Telugu version. The Vicky Kaushal-starrer Chhava made massive box office records in Hindi, earning tremendous success. Following this, the film is now set to be dubbed into regional languages, including Telugu, for wider reach. However, the movie is facing some challenges before its release.
Chhava, which earned around 500 crores in Hindi, will now be available in Telugu for the South Indian audience. The film will be released on 550 screens in Telugu, making it accessible to the Telugu-speaking audience. Vicky Kaushal thanked the South Indian audience for their love towards the movie through a social media post. He mentioned that after the release, there was a growing demand for the film to be dubbed into regional languages.
He wrote, “We will be making Chhava available in Telugu starting from March 7. I hope you all will witness the sacrifice and valor of this Maratha warrior.”
Before this, Chhava made a huge mark at the Hindi box office. Released on February 14, the film completed 22 days in theaters. During these 22 days, it earned 502 crores in Hindi, while overseas it collected 90 crores.
