Reportedly, Salman Khan has agreed to work in a new film by director Apoorva Lakhia, based on the Galwan Valley conflict. Shooting for the film is expected to begin in July. Salman was also offered a film by Yash Raj Films, to be directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, but he declined the offer after hearing the story.
According to Bollywood Hungama, Salman will now only work in films that guarantee 100% profit and are made under a controlled budget. Apoorva Lakhia’s film reportedly fits that criterion.
Salman to Appear in Army Uniform for the First Time
In this upcoming film, Salman Khan will be seen in an army officer’s complete uniform, marking the first time he takes on such a role. Previously, he played police characters — most famously Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg series, which was immensely loved by fans.
