Salman Khan has recently completed the Ladakh schedule of his upcoming film, “Battle of Galavaan”. After wrapping up the shoot, he returned to Mumbai and is expected to resume hosting Bigg Boss very soon.

The shooting of the film began with the Ladakh schedule. Since Ladakh is a high-altitude region with extreme cold weather, especially in winter, the filmmakers had planned to complete the shoot there before the onset of winter. Hence, the first major schedule was strategically held in Ladakh.

Some of the most crucial scenes of the film were shot during this schedule, including intense action sequences and the climax. The entire schedule was completed in 40 days, featuring hand-to-hand combat scenes that are expected to be major highlights of the film. These scenes depict a battle between Indian and Chinese military forces.

To prepare for the physically demanding shoot in the thin air and freezing temperatures of Ladakh, Salman underwent special training. The challenging conditions required a high level of fitness and stamina. The schedule was successfully completed through tireless day-and-night efforts by the cast and crew.

Due to this shooting commitment, Salman was unable to host several episodes of Bigg Boss. Since he was in Ladakh for 40 days, many episodes were filmed without him. Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi stepped in as guest hosts for a few episodes. However, Salman is set to return to the show in the upcoming episodes.

“Battle of Galavaan” is considered one of Salman Khan’s most ambitious projects. Following the box office failure of Sikandar and a few other recent films, Salman is pinning high hopes on this film. The story is based on the India-China military conflict, and for the first time in his career, Salman will be seen playing the role of an army officer. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
